Penal Code §46.03: Places Where Handguns Are Prohibited
Texas Penal Code §46.03 applies to both license and non-license holders. It lists the specific places where handguns are prohibited.

- It is important to note that under §46.03(f), it is not a defense to prosecution if you possess a handgun while in one of these prohibited locations even if you have a valid LTC.
