Module 3 Introduction

This module is designed to inform students of different methods to recognize, avoid, and diffuse conflict situations with emphasis on finding ways to resolve conflicts in a non-violent manner. Additional emphasis is placed on identifying and avoiding situations that could escalate into the use of deadly force.
